I feel there is still too much mystery in the interior design industry, resulting in a marketplace full of consumers who are either too confused or too scared to hire a professional designer. Then there are the TV shows that suggest that you can completely makeover a room in two days with $1,000, never discussing budgets; creating expectations that are unrealistic. As an industry, we need to continue reaching out to potential clients and ease them in to the world of professional design, explaining and enlightening while we work, helping them understand not only what we’re doing, but why. In the process we build trust, so that they understand and respect the work that goes into good design and the price associated with it.Dwainahttp://www.goodspace.canoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5834112041225378729.post-26268846903344443382010-01-28T16:05:23.526-08:002010-01-28T16:05:23.526-08:00Very interesting personality and I am going to che...Very interesting personality and I am going to check his blog after this comment.
