Based on the Tulip Chair by Eero Saarinen in 1956 for Knoll, designer Nika Zupanc from Slovenia has reinvented the look and feel of this classic piece just as Philippe Starck did with his ghost chair interpretation of a classic Louis XVI piece.

These chairs are an ideal example of art and functionality co-existing. They would command presence in the right space for sure - even the translucent ones.
